Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment critical to production and quality.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation and robotics, CMMS documentation, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with team members. Requires 3 years of repair experience, OSHA safety awareness, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems and troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel at least up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
• Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to learn new equipment and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair out of service equipment; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain reliable operating logs for facility systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Assist other maintenance staff and participate in facility/building projects as required.
• Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production.
• Record production delays and help address equipment malfunctions.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
