Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a maintenance technician to set up, adjust, and repair equipment across production lines. The role requires preventive maintenance, fault finding, and documentation in CMMS.

Travel up to 10% is possible, and the job focuses on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related facility systems. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic Excel skills, and be willing to learn new equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; escalate to leadership as needed; document issues in the maintenance log.
• Document work in CMMS and ticketing systems; maintain operation logs for pumps, generators, HVAC, and other systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and support two-person tasks.
• Join facility projects and maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and testing of equipment.
