Job summary

Medline is seeking a maintenance technician to set up, maintain and repair conveyors, automation systems and robotics, under limited supervision. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, document work in CMMS, and support production and quality targets.

The role requires 3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to travel up to 10% with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of machinery/equipment; basic Excel skills; experience with PLC logic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues, escalate to leadership as needed, and document work in CMMS.
• Record operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC and other systems; analyze downtime and implement fixes.
• Assist with facility projects and minor carpentry or electrical tasks as required.
• Assemble and test equipment to verify operation and support production.
