Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a maintenance technician to set up, maintain, and repair conveyors, automation, and robotics under limited supervision. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, document in CMMS, and support root cause analysis across a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain logs for equipment tested regularly.
• Conduct root cause analysis of downtime events.
• Assist with two-person tasks and with facility projects.
• Assemble and test equipment; analyze production delays and take corrective actions.
