Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, troubleshoot, and repair conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, document work in CMMS, and mentor junior staff while ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires 5 years of related experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time; apprenticeship or technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair outages, escalate to leadership as needed, and mentor junior staff.
• Record all maintenance issues in the maintenance log for each line.
• Document work in CMMS and ticketing systems; maintain operating logs for facility systems.
• Oversee projects such as minor renovations and space management.
• Certify operation on industrial lift equipment (pickers, reaches, booms, scissor lifts, forklifts).
