Job summary

Medline is seeking a maintenance technician to set up, adjust, and repair production equipment, ensuring reliability and quality. You will perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, and robotics, and document all work in the CMMS.

The role requires hands-on experience with machinery, PLC systems, and the ability to travel up to 10% for business needs. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with opportunities for upgrade through trade programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes (within state and out of state).
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., fork truck).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues; escalate to leadership or senior technicians as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain accurate operating logs.
• Analyze downtime, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with facility/building project work and equipment testing.
