Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.

You will document all work in CMMS, maintain logs for critical facility systems, and support building projects. Strong mechanical aptitude, PLC familiarity, and willingness to travel 10% are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel; experience with PLC logic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; escalate to leadership or senior tech as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC, and facility systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events and assist other mechanics as needed.
• Handle facility/building projects and basic carpentry/plumbing tasks as assigned.
• Assemble and test equipment; analyze production delays and verify corrective actions.
