Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain conveyors, automation and robotics equipment. The role requires performing preventive maintenance, documenting activities, and analyzing downtime to implement corrective actions.

The position involves working with facility systems, testing equipment, and supporting building projects. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a focus on safety and operational reliability.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment; basic PLC troubleshooting; proficient in Excel; able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance staff when required.
• Carry out facility projects and testing of assembled equipment.
• Analyze production delays and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are followed.
