Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment under limited supervision.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document work in CMMS, and assist with building projects. The position requires 3 years of experience, high school diploma, and ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic MS Excel and PLC logic troubleshooting
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (within state and out of state)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership or senior technicians as needed
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain accurate logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events
• Assist maintenance mechanics on two-person tasks and facility/building projects
• Assemble and test equipment, analyze production delays, and verify corrective actions
