Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a skilled maintenance technician to set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across conveyors, automation, robotics and related systems.

Under limited supervision, you will document work in CMMS, assist with root cause analysis of downtime, support building projects, and ensure safe operation through PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of machinery/equipment
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools
• Experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes (domestic)
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership or senior tech as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain logs for facility systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of downtime events.
• Assist maintenance team with two-person tasks and building projects.
