Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, inspect, repair, and maintain equipment across production lines. You will perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, and robotics, troubleshoot issues, and document all actions in CMMS to ensure quality and uptime.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience, with travel up to 10% and ability to lift and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair/maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 10% (in-state and out-of-state).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and escalate as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain logs for facility systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist other maintenance staff and work on projects as assigned.
• Assemble and test equipment, analyze production delays, and verify corrective actions.
