Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic PLC logic troubleshooting and Excel; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership or senior technicians as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC, and other systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and work in pairs when required.
• Carry out facility/building projects (bulbs, doors, carpentry, plumbing).
• Assemble and test equipment to verify operation.
• Analyze production delays and initiate corrective actions.
• Examine defects and investigate spoilage causes; take corrective action.
