Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot conveyors, automation, and robotics, and document activities in CMMS systems. The role requires the ability to analyze downtime and support two-person tasks when needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience with maintenance of conveyor/automation equipment; willingness to travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (within state and out of state).
• Fundamental understanding of machinery; basic Excel; experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic; troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Document work in CMMS and ticketing systems; maintain operating logs for facility systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Assist maintenance mechanics on two-person tasks or high workload periods.
• Perform facility/building project work and basic carpentry/plumbing tasks as assigned.
• Assemble and test equipment to verify operation and production.
