Capitol Plaza Hotel in Tulsa, OK is seeking a part-time maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance across guest rooms and public areas. You will complete work orders, troubleshoot minor systems, and help maintain pool, landscaping, and equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in general maintenance, can lift 25 lbs regularly, and may hold HVAC or plumbing certs. This role offers benefits and opportunity for growth within Atrium properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
