Job summary

Embassy Suites Loveland is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep across guest rooms and public areas. You will complete and log work orders, troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues, and assist with pool systems, landscaping, and equipment upkeep.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and a willingness to be on your feet for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

Loveland Embassy Suites 4705 Clydesdale Pkwy Loveland, CO 80538 Full time Compensation Range: $23.00/hr - $24.15/hr

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.
