Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring and HVAC.
• Carry out general carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, countertop replacement, finish carpentry.
• Conduct proactive maintenance including painting, lighting, and grounds upkeep.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Conduct daily property inspections for safety and cleanliness; identify issues.
• Assist with emergency response and on-call maintenance rotations.
• Promote safety and risk management; follow company policies.
• Mentor maintenance team and uphold professional demeanor.
