Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure upkeep and regulatory compliance for the assigned property. You will oversee a team, manage service requests, and safeguard resident satisfaction with timely, quality work.

The role requires hands-on maintenance and carpentry skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage safety, risk, and budget considerations. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure equipment and systems function properly.
• Review and track service requests; address chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy; maintain professional demeanor.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds.
• Inspect property grounds for safety and cleanliness; identify issues.
• Manage work orders to meet timelines and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor emergencies and assist with on-call rotation as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per regulations.
• Mentor maintenance team and manage vendor / contractor compliance.
