You will supervise repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, participate in on-call rotations, and promote exceptional resident service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.
