Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building systems, grounds, and common areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational reliability across properties. You will lead the maintenance team, hire and train staff, and manage work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, and 1–3 years of supervisory experience; apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge; technical degree preferred.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years leading and evaluating team members.
• Apartment maintenance: 2–3 years preferred.
• Property software: Entrata, Yardi and/or OneSite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Handle work orders from resident requests and perform repairs.
• Inspect work, coordinate with vendors, and manage inventory and budget.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Practice cost-conscious maintenance by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Conduct safety meetings and complete monthly preventative maintenance.
