Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance operations at our multifamily properties. You will lead the maintenance team, hire and train staff, and ensure preventative maintenance, safety standards, and quality across buildings and common areas.

The role requires strong communication, a minimum 1–3 years in supervision, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance supervision or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and conduct evaluations.
• Hire, orient, and train new staff.
• Oversee Make Ready process per policies and procedures.
• Diagnose, repair, and service resident requests and maintenance issues.
• Inspect work for quality, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; verify work quality.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budget planning for maintenance.
