Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations at the community. You will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and preventative maintenance programs are in place.

The role requires on-site attendance and a strong focus on resident relations and budget-conscious resource management. You will be responsible for inspections, paperwork, and on-call emergencies, ensuring repairs and make-readies are completed efficiently while upholding high

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests for the community.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage inventory within budget.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident relations.
