Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at a Mead community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to keep the property in top condition.

This role requires strong safety awareness, OSHA guidelines, and Fair Housing knowledge, with daily inspections, inventory control, and on-call duties to support residents and ensure budget adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desirable.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate service requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements in common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
