Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our Henderson property. You will ensure tasks meet standards, manage service requests and unit turnover, and supervise the maintenance team to deliver safe, clean, and compliant living environments for residents.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, strong customer service, and the ability to manage budgets while maintaining safety and adherence to company policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property.
• Ensure service requests and unit turnover meet standards.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy and maintain professional demeanor.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.
