Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across properties in the Henderson area. You will ensure upkeep, safety, and adherence to company policies while providing strong leadership to the maintenance team.

The role requires hands-on maintenance and carpentry skills, as well as a focus on safety, resident satisfaction, and budget adherence. A supportive, growth-focused culture is emphasized at Avenue5 Residential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state and federal regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and manage work orders.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related areas.
• Inspect property grounds for safety and cleanliness; coordinate emergencies as needed.
• Mentor maintenance team and manage budget within approved limits.
