Zaddy Solutions in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a fully staffed maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will coach mechanics, manage safety, and drive reliability on packaging lines while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance supervision, PLC troubleshooting, and Lean practices, with preference for candidates familiar with FDA-regulated environments.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred for advancement.
At least five years of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
Experience in FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead a 24/7 maintenance team in packaging operations.
Promote safety culture and enforce policies across site.
Coordinate maintenance resources and manage daily work progress.
Drive preventative maintenance and Lean initiatives (5S, TPS).
Ensure proper signoffs and contractor oversight.
