Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Seneca, SC. You will manage all maintenance operations, oversee staff, and coordinate vendor work to keep the community in top condition.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, safety compliance, and efficient handling of service requests, with on-call duties as needed. A HS diploma and EPA/CPO certifications are required, HVAC desirable, plus basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Basic computer skills; able to navigate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and respond to work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and schedule daily activities.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and needed repairs.
• Maintain inventory and procure supplies within budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure timely service.
