Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Hanahan, SC. You will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure safe, compliant upkeep of the property.

The role requires EPA/CPO certification and basic on-site software skills, with HVAC experience preferred. Responsibilities include managing inventory, scheduling preventative maintenance, and partnering with the Community Manager to meet budget targets while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs for common areas and units meet standards.
• Maintain safety, OSHA compliance, and hazard communications programs.
• Record-keeping for service requests, make-ready status, and inspections.
