Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Mountain Run, a multifamily community in Lindon, UT. You will oversee maintenance operations, lead staff and vendors, ensure safety standards, and deliver excellent resident service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and HVAC knowledge is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; on-call readiness is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily.
• Manage maintenance supplies within budget.
• Implement preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Respond to on-call emergencies at the community.
• Assist with unit make-ready and inspections.
• Maintain accurate service-request and compliance records.
