Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our communities. You will supervise staff, schedule work orders, and ensure timely repairs while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Community Manager, managing supplies within budget, and conducting regular inspections to prevent hazards. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring daily presence and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: Oversee maintenance operations, manage service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements in common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of community.
• Promote safety through OSHA-compliant practices and hazard communications.
