Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and lead staff and vendors to uphold property standards.

You will work with the Community Manager, supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate work orders, monitor budgets, and participate in on-call emergencies to ensure timely repairs and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and EPA/CPO certifications.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with on-site maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and respond to work orders.
• Coordinate, schedule, and inspect repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintain records and manage inventory within budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies to handle urgent issues.
