Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for a multifamily community in Sun Valley, NV. You will supervise maintenance staff and coordinate service requests with the Community Manager to ensure timely, quality work and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certifications, basic computer skills, and HVAC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance operations at a multi-unit community.
• Ability to coordinate and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA standards and Fair Housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff performance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and prioritize work orders.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage inventory within budget.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety and compliance.
• Supervise staff to ensure unit/amenity readiness and quality work.
