Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including staff supervision, safety compliance, and responsive service to residents and management. You will coordinate work orders, manage inventories, and ensure preventive maintenance programs are in place to maximize asset life.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and staff.
• Coordinate and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards and repairs.
• Manage maintenance supplies and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training and scheduling.
• Ensure safety practices and OSHA compliance across all tasks.
