Job summary

Asset Living in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a multifamily community. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor coordination alongside the Community Manager.

The role requires high school diploma, EPA/CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, OSHA and Fair Housing familiarity, and ability to use on-site software. Applicants must be available for on-call emergencies and possess reliable transport.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is required.
• OSHA and Fair Housing compliance knowledge is required.
• On-site software proficiency is required for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• Coordinate and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and manage vendor relations.
• Maintain records of service requests and inspections.
• On-call for emergencies and after-hours as needed.
