Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across our communities. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure work orders are completed efficiently while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and managing supplies and documentation. This is an on-site, full-time role with a focus on resident satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendor activities for property upkeep.
• Inspect grounds and units daily to identify safety or liability issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Ensure safety training and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Manage inventory and budget for maintenance supplies.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-ready status.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident relations.
