Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role supports the Community Manager and protects property conditions while driving service excellence.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, coordinating preventive maintenance, and maintaining accurate records. This full-time position expects on-site work, with on-call duties and a focus on cost-effective

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; schedule work.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the community.
• Maintain inventory and budget for maintenance supplies.
• Assist with unit inspections, make-readies, and record-keeping.
