Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Review service requests, track progress, and manage unit turns.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor compliance with policies.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
• Monitor maintenance costs to stay within the property budget.
