Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Axis at the Park in Charlotte, NC. You will lead daily maintenance operations, ensure policy compliance, and oversee service requests while maintaining safety standards and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising trades, coordinating with the property manager, and mentoring the maintenance team to uphold quality and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Respond to service requests and supervise timely completion of work orders.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage emergency responses and on-call rotations.
• Mentor maintenance team and manage budget adherence.
