Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for LaVie SouthPark in Charlotte, NC. The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance, with on-call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll ensure high standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction on a busy apartment community. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of property management maintenance experience, CFC/HVAC or EPA certification, and a current CPO

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of property management maintenance experience.
• CFC/HVAC or EPA certification is required.
• A current CPO license is required.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds.
• Conduct carpentry tasks such as wall repair, cabinet updates and tile work.
• Execute preventative maintenance including painting and lighting upgrades.
• Maintain work orders ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety and cleanliness.
