Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Review and track service requests; manage budgets and financial responsibilities.
• Lead maintenance team and mentor staff.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate on-call coverage.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain work order accuracy and timely completion.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years property management experience
