Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor for a Lease-Up community. You will oversee technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm; Housing discount available. Requirements include 5+ years of maintenance supervision, EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage make-ready processes and

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
Must provide own hand tools and operate them safely.
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.

Responsibilities

Oversees and completes work orders from residents and performs routine maintenance.
Manages make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates with vendors.
Sets standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas.
Inspects work for quality and ensures safety compliance.
Maintains inventory of parts and materials and assists budgeting.
Conducts safety meetings and keeps OSHA compliance information up to date.
Provides excellent customer service and responds to resident inquiries.
