Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related field.
• Incumbents must provide own hand tools and be skilled in safe use of tools and equipment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to support operations.
• Proficiency in math for financial and administrative documents.

Aufgaben

• Answers and completes work orders from residents and performs routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and schedules vendors as needed.
• Maintains standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, and common areas.
• Inspects work by team members and contractors for quality and safety compliance.
• Keeps inventory of spare parts and materials and assists with budgeting.
• Performs monthly preventative maintenance and supports cost-control initiatives.
