Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certifications if applicable, and a valid driver's license. Flexible schedule and a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 120 days.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications for HVAC work preferred.

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance.
• Oversees pre-move-in and make-ready processes for vacant homes.
• Maintains standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Inspects work performed by staff and vendors for quality and safety compliance.
• Supports budget planning and cost-control measures.
