Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee and perform technical work ensuring interiors, exteriors, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will manage requests, schedule make-readies, and uphold high service standards across the community.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervision experience, EPA/CPO preferred, and a focus on cost efficiency and safety compliance. On-site position with a 50% housing discount offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Incumbents must provide own hand tools and be skilled with hand/power tools.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills with residents and team members.
• Ability to read/write/communicate effectively to represent management.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management; PM system experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills to handle financial, administrative, and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete resident service requests and routine community upkeep.
• Manage make-ready tasks for vacant units; schedule vendors and inspect work.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Periodically inspect work by staff and contractors and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Community Manager on budget and supplies.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance per policy and safety rules.
