Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical work ensuring community buildings and grounds meet company standards. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm with potential changes based on business needs.

Requirements include 1–2 years in maintenance, proficiency with Yardi and Happy Co, and the ability to manage make-ready and safety procedures while delivering strong resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by State law; safe use required.
• Ability to read/write and communicate effectively with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders from residents and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Develop and maintain standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and buildings.
• Inspect work and ensure quality, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Assist with budget development for repairs and capital projects.
