Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee Make Ready, handle work orders, and ensure safety and code compliance across the property.

You will manage budgets for maintenance and capital expenses, inspect work, coordinate with vendors, and promote efficient, cost-conscious service to residents while maintaining high property standards. This role requires weekend availability and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations.
• 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance team and evaluate staff.
• Handle work orders and routine property upkeep.
• Inspect work and enforce safety and code standards.
• Assist in budget development for maintenance and capital expenses.
