Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s upkeep, safety, and overall presentation. You will lead the maintenance team, schedule Make Ready activities, and respond to service requests to maintain high standards.

You will diagnose issues, supervise vendors, and ensure repairs meet policy and code requirements while helping manage budgets and inventory. Strong leadership and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED with OSHA/MSDS awareness.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in property management.
• Experience with building maintenance, safety, and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate maintenance staff and handle onboarding.
• Manage Make Ready processes per policies and budgets.
• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose issues promptly.
• Inspect work and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor work.
• Support budget development for maintenance and capital expenses.
