Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled Service Technician to maintain units, buildings, and amenities at our Denver properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage make-ready tasks for vacant homes to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functional living spaces.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license for on-site operations. Expect a dynamic environment with teamwork and ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• EPA-type refrigerant certifications (Type I/II or Universal) are required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in units, buildings, grounds, and amenities while following safety standards and codes.
• Lead make-ready activities: inspect, create punch list, schedule vendors, obtain supplies, and complete tasks on time.
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory; track usage and return unused items to proper storage; order supplies as needed.
• Monitor inspections via Leonardo 247, Entrata, and other platforms; ensure compliance with policy and code requirements.
• Maintain grounds and common areas: clean, pressure-wash, paint curbs/signage, and service amenities as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts rather than replacing them.
