Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician for our Denver properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, and ensure work complies with safety standards.

Your role includes inventory management, vendor coordination, and maintaining exterior and interior spaces. The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certifications required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacants for leasing and conduct pre-move inspections with punch lists.
• Track inventory and request reorders; document work completed.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and site policies.
