Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Service Technician to perform maintenance across buildings, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process for vacants while managing vendor coordination and inventory.

Responsibilities include documenting service requests, maintaining common areas, and supporting cost-control measures. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose defects and perform repairs following safety standards and codes.
• Ability to complete make-ready process and manage punch lists with vendors.
• Ability to document work orders and maintain proper records.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and inventory with maintenance supervisor.
• Document all service requests accurately for tracking.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.
