Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service community buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, complete make-ready tasks, and uphold Greystar standards of cleanliness and safety across the property.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing supplies, and contributing to budget planning while ensuring timely response to resident requests and safety compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to represent company management.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling contractors.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspects work performed by staff and contractors to ensure quality and adherence to policies.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and coordinates with Community Manager on supplies.
